Sheila was on the Board of Directors and the Marketing Committee of ArtsWest - cultural workers dedicated to promoting the arts in Peel and Halton Regions.

Sheila was Project Manager for a special summer-long promotion of major art galleries and museums. Her work included: finding sponsors, organizing volunteers, creating a marketing strategy, developing printed material, advertising, media events, media buying, web promotion, selling passports, and evaluating tracking information.
